Started small, staying small, to keep it personalized for you. My name is Dalton, I specialize in making this process comfortable and getting to know you. I am not going to hand you off to someone else, but instead promise individualized attention to improve your resume, cover letter, and future professional life! Helping many others just like you, ensuring everyone walked away happy! 

Generally, after receiving your resume, targeted position, and deposit, I can get to work right away, but time to complete your resume varies. After the first draft the process turns into a conversation to figure out next steps before finalizing. That timeline is dependent on the amount of changes desired, and the amount of times changes are made before finalizing. As a general rule of thumb, I would expect to wait at least 5 to 10 days to receive your first draft. 

My resume style is traditional but effective. Though it may look plain, that is the point to ensure the substance of your resume sticks out and that it makes it through any automated job filters and human review. I provide one full resume revamp including a new format that is easy to modify, substantive changes to make your resume actionable, and  grammatical changes. I also provide one cover letter which can be easily updated for new job applications in the future, as well as a cover letter template. Lastly, I will provide you with a brief one page advising guide!

I am always happy to have calls with my clients, but I ask we limit it to a few phone calls per service otherwise we should discuss further pricing out of fairness.

After we connect,  I will then send over instructions on the process. Generally, I ask you to send your current resume along with your target position and industry. After receiving the deposit I can start crafting a new resume and cover letter and send you the first draft! From there I can setup time to discuss via phone, text, or email on next steps.
